We do not have voucher codes within your email. Instead, the experience is tied to your phone number. Simply share your telephone number with our team and we will redeem your experience!

Your prepaid dining experiences, however, are valid only at the venue specified in the promotion. If you buy a Maples experience it is only valid at Maples, and the same applies for every venue.

Some offers may have specific terms, such as valid days or times up until six months after the point of purchase. Certain days and times will not be valid for redeeming. Every experience is different, please email our team for further information on restrictions. 

Yes! Whilst our packaged experiences are designed to treat yourself, these offers also make for fantastic gifts. You can forward the voucher or prepaid experience confirmation to your recipient. Your experience is tied to your personal phone number and email, ensure you share this with the recipient. 

For prepaid dining experiences, please check the expiration date when you purchase. All vouchers are valid for six months since the point of purchase.
