Bow Hospitality is proud to introduce a new flagship venue in Bothwell, set to become a standout destination for food, drink and events in the area.

This new opening builds on the proven success of Bow Hospitality’s portfolio, drawing on the group’s expertise in steak-led dining, in-house ageing and meticulous guest experience. That same focus on quality, craft and consistency will define the Bothwell venue from day one.

At the heart of the space will be a full walk-in dry ageing room, placing flavour and execution front and centre and underlining a serious commitment to exceptional produce. One of the largest dry ageing facilities in West Scotland, it reinforces Bow Hospitality’s reputation for doing things properly and without compromise.

Beyond the dining room, the venue has been designed as a genuinely multi-purpose space. A place locals can return to time and again, while also offering the scale, flexibility and setting required for private dining, celebrations and bespoke weddings.
