2. All purchases are final – no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. Discounted Vouchers during our annual sale cannot be redeemed during the month of December.

3. This gift voucher can only be redeemed against non-discounted food must be presented at the time of ordering. Each item on our menu is subject to change and availability.Â

4. Bow Hospitality will not accept responsibility for any lost gift voucher (no replacement gift vouchers will be provided).

6. Gift vouchers can be presented on a mobile device or printed. Vouchers can be redeemed on multiple visits until the balance reaches £0.00.

7. A gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions we are running unless stated otherwise. This includes Groupon, Itison, and any special promotions we are running (for example, lunch time meal deals, flash % sales, and any other promotion that we run across our restaurants).

8. The gift voucher can be used on any non-discounted items. Some items from our menu are excluded, depending on the restaurant you choose to redeem your vouchers on.
